I stand behind all the work we do and guarantee it with a Two Year Parts and Labor Warranty on any service we perform whether it’s customizing your instrument or a repair we perform. I offer that same warranty on any products we build i.e. synth module, fx pedal, tabletop synth, etc. The two year warranty starts on the date of purchase.
Warranty void if:
- Improper power supply is used.
- Device shows signs of abuse.
- There are any modifications performed by anyone other than Free State FX.
Basically, you break it you fix it. If the device does get damaged for any reason we can repair it at a reasonable hourly rate.
This warranty only pertains to the specific work Free State FX performs. If we modify your drum machine and the screen fails 9 months later, the warranty will not cover the screen replacement/repair.
This warranty must be stated and not implied on Ebay auctions. I sell all types of music equipment on Ebay and only warranty the NEW products that FSFX builds.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both to and from Free State FX Labs. YOU MUST SHIP THE ITEM WITH INSURANCE AND TRACKING BOTH WAYS. This is to protect you and me from a loss. A lost or damaged package is rare but unfortunately it does happen. Protect yourself!
